Capacity Building Tools
- SPF Self Efficacy Survey – An optional tool for assessing LAC and Workgroup member’s capacity in each SPF step. This tool may be useful in determining training needs and may also be used for evaluation purposes.
- A scoring key and data template are available for data entry.
- Capacity Building Worksheets: An optional tool for use by the LAC to find and structure their capacity, both existing and potential. These worksheets could be particularly helpful with the strategic plan and CLI part II.
- Capacity Building Powerpoint: An overview that could be used to show to a workgroup/LAC about the needs and resources of existing and potential infrastructure.
