Timeline tool for use with planning SPF document production. Includes involvement of workgroups for Epidemiological Profile and Strategic Plan.

Given the similarities between assessment and evaluation, this tip sheet provides some clarification and distinction between these two very important processes.

This Readiness Assessment Questionnaire will help organizations to assess their capacity. The questionnaire is also useful for organizations seeking funding from other government agencies, foundations, or individuals.
