Tobacco Retail Inspection Program (TRIP)

TRIP is a state government program that monitors the compliance of tobacco retailers with laws restricting sale and distribution of tobacco products to minors in accord with Indiana Code laws.  Since 2001 TRIP is administered by the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission (ATC) and its Indiana State Excise Police division.
